Replaced Garbage Disposal and Repaired Basket Strainer in Encinitas, CA

A property management company called ASAP Drain Guys & Plumbing because a tenant’s kitchen faucet was leaking and was very loose. There was water damage underneath the kitchen sink.

The ASAP technician replaced the 1/2 HP garbage disposal. He also replaced a broken extension piece from the basket strainer on the sink and the extension piece feeding to the garbage disposal that was incorrectly installed. Lastly the technician cleaned the work area.

The technician provided an estimate to replace the kitchen faucet and angle stop underneath the sink which is under review by the property management company.
