It could be the shutoff valve, the faucet, a spray hose, garbage disposal fittings, the edge of the sink itself, or any part of the drain — tailpiece, extension tube, slip extension, elbows, T joints, or the U or J trap.
You can find lots of repair instructions on the internet, so the first thing you need to know is that for anything beyond an annoying drip-drip-drip you should close the shutoff valves underneath to save water and protect against the leak suddenly getting worse while you’re asleep or away. You should also know that except for cosmetically patching a chip in the porcelain and sealing around the joint, there’s not much to repair on the sink itself; a problem will mean a sink replacement.
