We had a sewer mainline backup at our house so I called ASAP and was able to get an appointment for first thing in the morning on the day I called. The service technician that came out ( Tanner ) did a fantastic job in taking care of the problem. He was prompt, professional and honest. We had a frozen shower valve in the guest bathroom. Mike tried his best to get the old cartridge out but could not. Wound up having to replace a difficult-to-fit new valve. He did it with professionalism and a great attitude. Thanks again.

Harold of ASAP Plumbing went over and above his job for us.  SDGE detected a gas leak at a rental and shut the gas meter off.  Tenants were without stove, furnace and water heater.  Harold stepped in and got the needed permits from the City, took over step by step, and got this very involved job successfully completed & approved by City of SD in a very timely manner.  We are very pleased with the job Harold did.  He is  a joy & pleasure to work with.   We will for sure be calling on him for our jobs in the future.  He is certainly a 'treasure'.  Thank you Harold.  ASAP Plumbing is so lucky to have you!

Your technician Andrew was out at our HOA this afternoon to snake a sewer line blockage. Our problem is solved and he let us know that hydroplaning the line would give a longer clearance time. Paul was prompt, professional, and conscientious. The under-the-concrete-slab water line leak was the second one I had in the copper pipe buried in red clay. ASAP stands heads and shoulders above the plumber that did the first leak repair for me. I will readily recommend ASAP for below-the-slab water leak repairs.

Paul from ASAP was at my house quickly. I called at 6:05pm with my problem, He was there by 6:40pm. He was able to explain the problem by using a camera to scope the drain while I watched on an Ipad. He also went through the house and showed me where the lines ran through the house and how they all tied in. He is a great teacher of the plumbing system. I am very appreciative that he came promptly, was extremely nice, and was gracious enough to share his knowledge! Ramon C is great! My wife and I have used ASAP Drain Guys & Plumbing for our rental property and our personal residence. They are very professional and personal. Their prices are fair. Ramon recently came out for a noisy drain pipe when we flushed our toilet. He took the time to explain his approach to our problem and used a cost effective solution. I had other individuals say we would have to cut the drywall. As it turned out, the insulation around the vent pipe in the attic above our bathroom had fallen off causing a boombox affect to our walls. Ramon found the simple resolve without cutting any drywall saving us hundreds of dollars on unnecessary work. This company always approaches our plumbing problem as if they owned our home. I called this morning for a plumber and within 2 hours Sam and Omar arrived. I needed a new seal on my toilet. They went to work immediately. Explained what they were doing and finished the job within a half hour. Sam and Omar were polite, professional, and cleaned up after they were finished. I couldn't be happier. I certainly recommend the company with 5 stars. They even gave me a months warranty on their work. Wow Great company

I had problems with my bathroom sink not draining. After I tried putting a drain cleaner in it that didn't work and actually sat in the sink overnight, I needed a plumber. ASAP sent Carlos who came earlier than expected! Wonderful! In the meantime I'd found that my disposal had quit again. He took care of both problems for me! You guys are great! 2 weeks ago I had another Rooter company out who didn't do the job!

He was very polite and very professional. Our party was a great success and no one knew about the catastrophe that was averted by Chris' timely work. Well done, Chris!

Wow! These guys are TERRIFIC! First, they're very responsive and prompt. Ramon called and made an appointment for the next day between 1 and 3. He called at 12:40 to let me know he was on his way and he and Roman showed up at exactly 1:00. Second, they're incredibly thorough. We had had another plumber who botched the job and within minues, Ramon diagnosed and fixed the problem. Finally, they're kind, friendly yet professional. Both of them, Ramon and Roman had impeccable manners and were conscientious about their shoes and cleaning up any debris from the job, of which there was very little. I will definitely be calling them again.

Can I just say what an amazing job Diego and his accomplice Delfino did?! I just bought a new home and sadly my realtor misled me. Diego came highly recommended so I called and made sure I got him. I had to get the plumbing rerouted and he did that and more. He explained everything to me, kept the house clean, kept the dry wall holes small and concise and when he found mold, (augh!!) he helped me find someone and worked through the whole ordeal with me. He was also incredibly positive and patient which I needed through this ordeal. I can't say enough great things about him. He is my plumber for LIFE. If you ever need rerouting work, please ask for Diego at ASAP plumbing!

I hope you are doing well. I wanted to take a couple minutes of your time to thank your crew for all their hard work at Oakdale Apartments with the plumbing reroute. I know it took a little longer than expected and there were some hiccups during the process. Even though things didn’t go as planned Robert, Franky, and Eddie were always working so hard to get the job done. Robert and Eddie took time to explain to me step by step on what will be happening. The most important thing that the crew did was taking care of my residents. As they had to go in and out of their units, cut holes in the walls and ceilings they were always respectful of my residents and their belongings. I appreciate Robert and the crews hard work and dedication to this job. Not only this job but the toilets that Rafael replaced and the leak in 1386 B that Eddie and Rafael worked day and night on for 4 days on. Simply the best. Carol telephoned and Alex arrived. The result perfection! Alex was determined, I know quit is not in his vocabulary for he never gave up. Clearing our drain was his goal and with each impediment Alex endured. Improvising when the obstacles interfered with the result. Trouble shooting with no surrender. A+++ service for this company. I was referred by a friend to ASAP and I first spoke with Boston Dave about what my needs were. He was so courteous and helpful. After speaking with him, the office called me back right away to setup an appt for the next day. Boston Dave showed up on time and with such a great friendly attitude! He made sure I was aware of everything he was doing and that I understood all of the work he was performing. By the time he was finished, I felt like we were old friends. He gave great advice about a water heater that I've been wanting to replace and made sure I knew all of the information about different products (including post maintenance recommendations and safety precautions) so that I could make the best decision about which products to consider/purchase.  I also asked about knowing anyone for interior painting, and the person he recommended called me the very next morning.  Very trustworthy person and I am grateful for his help!

Technician Ahmad called to say he would be at our home in 20 minutes; and, he was!

Ahmad was professional and very polite and nice to deal with. He cleared our drain, and made sure his work site was clean before he left. He also told me what the problem was and how to prevent future problems.

Called ASAP out to my house for a major break in my water main. The pressure from the city was over 180 pounds and popped the fitting. Jim came out and repaired it and stayed late to make sure the fitting didn't blow. Well, it did, and Jim had to come back the next to replace and the joint and let the glue dry all day while I was at work. He went above and beyond my expectations at a very fair price. If I ever need plumbers again, these guys are the first call.

Just a note to say that Edgar Hernandez did a great job for us today in fixing a broken shower diverter. It was expensive as a fix at $700 but he used his initiative to solve the what could have been a bigger problem. Your guys were recommended by our builder Steve Miskiewicz.

Our company manages hundreds of rental units, and we use ASAP Drain Guys & Plumbing whenever we have plumbing repairs, sewage back-ups, leaks or any plumbing repairs. Your company had been repairing leaks (in La Costa), and I discovered my water was shut off when I came home at 7:30pm last Friday. As a Management Company in San Diego, we are always being contacted by contractors, who promise the earth. However, not only did ASAP Drain Guys & Plumbing live up to their word, they surpassed it when we used them to do pipe bursting on a problem situation. They were professional, worked well as a team, and we could not have been happier with the outcome. It is good to know that old fashioned values are still available.

ASAP Drain Guys & Plumbing recently replaced the the gas service lines to sixteen units in our apartment community. They worked extensively with us to answer all of our questions and address all of our concerns during the bid process. They provided a fairly priced accurate quote, and worked diligently with SDG&E. I am really pleased with the plumbing service from ASAP. Their service people are very nice and get the job done. I would like to thank Cliff and Jimmy for the recent call they made to hydrojet the main line, you guys did a great job and cleaned up the debris and excess water afterward. I also appreciate the fact that when I call you guys, you're available within a fairly short window.

These guys are great. I used them for a sink job for my business. They told me they would be done by 12:00 and they were done by 11:40. It's been almost a year and I have had no problems with the sink. The plumbers were clean (no plumber butt crack) and cleaned up after themselves.

I had a great experience with ASAP. They responded to my request for appointment in a timely manner and I was able to make an appointment with only a 2 hour window. My window was from 9 to 11 and Clifford was there at 9am! I needed my garbage disposal fixed and had wanted to have my sinks snaked. Clifford checked my sinks and told me that they did not need to be snaked yet. He didn't want me to have to spend more money on something that I did not need. That shows me that this company is not just out to get your money. He was able to fix the garbage disposal and now it works great! I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future! ASAP plumbing did a great job fixing a broken pipe to our house's sprinkler system in January 2014. The best part was that they lived up to their name by showing up at our house in under 30 minutes, which was great because the leak was sudden and high volume. The dispatcher was polite and efficient and the plumber called immediately to let me know he was on his way. The plumber really seemed to know what he was doing and had the situation under control right away and fully repaired in a couple hours.
