Replaced 40-Gallon Water Heater in Encinitas, CA

A property management company emailed a work order to ASAP Drain Guys & Plumbing because their tenant in Encinitas, Ca did not have hot water. The 40-gallon water heater needed to be replaced.

The ASAP technician tried to start the water heater multiple times but it would not start. He removed the old water heater and cleaned up the floor to install the new heater. A pan and new 40-gallon water heater were installed. The technician put the vent back in place and tied it to the tmp copper line. New water heater flex lines and expansion tank were also installed and pressure set. The technician then put a gas drip leg and tied in the gas line. He sprayed the lines with soap to insure their are no leaks non found at this time. ASAP restored the water supply and flushed out through the tmp. The checked for leaks and none were found at this time. The water heater light is on operational status and currently working. Lastly, the technician cleaned up work area.
