A property management company emailed a work order to ASAP Drain Guys & Plumbing to repair two clogged bathtub drains and install a water line to the refridgerator.
The ASAP technician used a 1/4″ cable to snake the 2″ tub drain and lav sink through the overflow in the master bathroom. He removed the bath tub pop-up and with the snake pulled out hair and muck. He then filled the tub with hot water, restored the pop-up, and tested the drain line. There are no blockages at this time.
Next, the tech worked on the 2″ lav sink drain. He removed the P-trap and used a 1/4″ cable to snake the drain until it was clear. He removed the pop-up and pulled out a lot of hair and muck. He cleaned it off and reassembled the pop-up. The tech filled the sink with hot water and tested the line for a blockage. There is no blockage at this time.
The water supply was needed to be installed to the refrigerator. The old water supply was leaking and capped off. The ASAP tech pulled out the fridge and connected the water supply line to the 1/4 turn angle stop behind the fridge. The technician had the tenant test it by turning on the ice maker and water dispenser from the refrigerator door. The water has successfully been restored to the fridge without any leaks. Lastly the ASAP tech cleaned up the work area and took pictures.
