A property management company called ASAP Drain Guys & Plumbing because of a leak in two apartments.
The ASAP technician cut the drywall in the connecting bathroom wall but found no leaks or pipes in the wall. He then cut out the back of the tub in the first apartment but did not find any leaks or any pipes. He performed a leak detection and found a hot side leak in front of the bathroom vanity next to the tub and toilet. He then marked where the leak was loudest. The bathroom would be out of service for an entire day if the work was approved.
The technician filled the bathtub in the first apartment and found a crack on the right corner of the tub but it was not the source of the leak. The tech cleaned up the work area and notified management of the leak location. ASAP would return the following day to repair the leak.
