Cleared Clogged Tub Drain in Spring Valley, CA
A property management company called ASAP Drain Guys & Plumbing because their tenant in Spring Valley, Ca had a tub that was not draining. They were having trouble snaking their drain.
Upon arrival, the ASAP technician ran the cable snake through the overflow cap for unit #B and noticed the drain not clearing. He worked the cable for about one hour. He was able to get access to unit #A also after the tenant gave authorization and was then able to attempt to clear it from their drain. He ran the cable approximately 20ft and broke loose all the solid debris clogging the drain pipes. The cause of the blockage was hair build up and other solid debris. Due to the poor condition of the drain, ASAP will not put a warranty on the drain. Lastly, the technician cleaned work area thoroughly.
