A property management company in San Diego, CA called ASAP Drain Guys & Plumbing to replace two faucets in the master bathroom. Upon arrival the technician inspected the shut off valves for the faucet water lines. It was recommended to have them replaced to avoid future flood damage. The property manager gave the approval for the additional repairs to be made. The technician began by shutting off the water to the unit and draining down the system. He then proceed to remove the existing faucet, angle stops, and supply lines. There was an existing hairline crack on the sink and it had grown larger during the removal process, but luckily, the sink did not break. The faucets were replaced with chrome single handle faucets, new angle stops and new premium steel braided hoses. All the replacements were tested for proper function to check for leaks, all was found to be in working order.
