Water Heater Installation in Vista, California

Property management company called ASAP regarding a water heater with a red light. ASAP arrived to job site to find the pilot light not working but the water heater itself was still under warranty. The part needed was not readily available after reaching out to several suppliers so at the customer’s request, ASAP shut off and drained the water heater and installed a new 40 gallon Bradford White water heater with new water flexes, gas valve, and gas drip leg. ASAP also redid the venting due to sizing issues.
