Video Inspection and Repair Mainline in Carlsbad, CA

A homeowner called ASAP Drain Guys and Plumbing because of a possible break in their main sewer line and wanted it be video inspected and located.

Upon arrival, ASAP camera inspected the sewer line from the kitchen clean out. There was a lot of build up found in the line. The tech recommended having the line hydrojetted to have proper access to the issue.

On the second day, ASAP returned on site to hydrojet and camera the lines again. They found tree roots in the line. The cable was ran through the main line to clear the root intrusions. ASAP also recommended double sweep clean outs be installed.

Day three, ASAP dug 4 feet down to expose the 3 inch ABS pipe. They cut out a 2 foot section in the 3 inch ABS pipe. A new 3 inch double sweep clean out was installed. The tech ran water through the drain for approximately 5 minutes to test for leaks. There are not leaks at this time. The trench was back-filled with dirt. The work area was finally cleaned.

ASAP recommended that the pipes be lined.
