Replacement of Leaking Boiler Storage Tank in Temecula, CA.

ASAP Drain Guys & Plumbing was called out to a retirement home in Temecula, CA to provide an estimate on replacing a leaking boiler storage tank. After receiving the approval and obtaining the replacement storage tank ASAP arrived to the building and shut down hot water system. The technicians disconnected the existing boiler from the top of the tank and from plumbing. The existing leaking storage tank was then able to be removed and disposed of. A new 80 gallon holding tank was installed in same position of the old holding tank. Piping was reconfigured to connect new holding tank to existing piping and boiler. Thermostats, aquastats, and electrical for new tank were removed from old tank and reinstalled. The existing boiler was reinstalled. Once all boiler and storage tank components were installed, water service was restored to new holding tank and tested for leaks and proper operation.
