A property management company called ASAP Drain Guys & Plumbing to have a pressure regulator valve replaced at one of their apartment buildings.
ASAP found that the 3/4″ t&p valve and 210 watt t&p valve leaking. Water to the building was turned off and the system was drained. The t&p copper drain line was cut. Both the 3/4″ and watts 150/210 t&p valves were removed. The tech then soldered on the new copper pipe with fittings. Lastly, the water was turned back on and tested for leaks. There are no leaks at this time.
