A property management company called ASAP Drain Guys & Plumbing because a tenant’s water heater was leaking. The leak was due to a failed pressure relief valve on water heater. The ASAP technician tested the pressure regulator and found a working pressure of 115psi which is too high. The 40 gallon water heater was manufactured in 1996 and isn’t producing enough hot water needed for a 2.5 bathroom house. ASAP proposed to install a new 50 gallon Bradford white water heater and bring water heater back up to code. This was approved by the management company.
