Replaced Broken Cast Iron Piping in Carlsbad, CA

ASAP Drain Guys & Plumbing was called on site to provide an estimate to replace approximately 30 feet of broken cast iron piping and fittings above parking spaces 36 to 38 along with four 3”X3”X2” cast iron combi fittings in an underground parking garage. Long broken sections of 3” cast iron piping were verified by the property’s HOA board and ASAP was asked to submit a proposal for replacing above mentioned existing broken sections of 3” cast iron piping.

ASAP Drain Guys & Plumbing proposes to replace existing broken 3” cast iron piping and fittings above parking spaces 36, 37 & 38 with new 3” cast iron piping and fittings in underground parking garage. The HOA & property management company scheduled the repairs. HOA & Property Management to post notice of water shut off to units above parking spaces 36, 37 & 38.

The ASAP technician removed existing broken 3″ cast iron piping and four 3″x3″x2″ combi fittings and properly disposed of them. He installed new sections of 3″ cast iron piping (approximately 30 feet in total length) and four 3”X3”X2” cast iron combi fittings. He then installed new cast iron piping and fittings to existing plumbing as well as a new clean out cap at end of line. The new cast iron piping and fittings were checked for leaks. There are no leaks at this time and they are properly functioning. Lastly, the work area was cleaned.
