A homeowner called ASAP Drain Guys & Plumbing because their master bathroom faucet needed to be replaced. The technician found a large amount of calcium buildup causing the water pressure to be too low.
The part needed to be ordered which arrived five days later. The ASAP technician replaced the master bathroom faucet. He tested for leaks and proper function. There are no leaks at this time and the faucet is working properly with good water pressure from the hot and cold side.
The customer also had a backed up kitchen sink. The technician used a cable snake to clear the blockage approximately 15 feet down the drain. He noticed that there was a significant amount of grease buildup in the line and recommended that the homeowner run hot water and vinegar to reduce the amount of grease buildup. Lastly, the tech cleaned up the work areas.
