Replace Leaking Water Heater in Cardiff, CA

A property management company called ASAP Drain Guys & Plumbing because a tenant had a corroded water line attached to the water heater.

The ASAP technician replaced a 40-gallon water heater and hauled it away. He installed two new 1/2″ x 3/4″ MIP copper fittings with two new water lines. A new gas line valve and drip leg were installed. The tech also installed a new water heater pan with PVC 90. The leak in the back of the water heater was repaired and the technician raised the water line on the hot water side. Lastly, the tech cleaned up the work area before leaving.
