A property management company called because a tenant needed angle stops and flex lines to be replaced. They also needed the tankless water heater troubleshooted.
Upon arrival, ASAP turned off the water supply. The tech removed all 3 angle stops and 2 water supply lines in the kitchen. He installed 3 new angle stops and 2 new water supply lines. The tech also removed 2 angle stops and 2 water supply lines in the downstairs hallway bathroom. Two new angle stops and 2 new water supply lines were installed.
The tech replaced two angle stops and supply lines in the upstairs bathroom sink. He was unable to use a pex gun. The tech had to cut the ABS drain pipe. He removed the P trap. Two new angle stops and supply lines were installed. The ABS drain pipe was reinstalled and a no hub coupling. The P trap was reinstalled.
The angle stop and water supply line behind the upstairs toilet was also replaced with new a new angle stop and water supply line.
ASAP removed 2 angle stops and water supply lines in the upstairs patio. Two new angle stops and water supply lines were installed.
The water supply was turned back on and the tech checked for leaks. There are no leaks at this time.
Lastly, ASAP troubleshooted the tankless water heater in the kitchen and found it to be working properly.
