A homeowner was in the process of buying a home and needed a plumbing inspection. They needed to know what line the floor drain in the master bathroom connects to.
After inspection, the ASAP technician needed to perform several repairs. First the technician hydrojetted to de-scale and remove the roots growing into the pipe going towards the house. After hydrojetting, the line was video inspected. It appears that the line will need to be epoxy lined due to its poor condition.
The technician then installed and new gas drip leg and water heater pan so it will drain towards the garage door. The water heater is now to code.
The technician installed new angle stops. He replaced the existing angle stops with 3 premium grade angle stops in the hallway bathroom, 2 at the kitchen sink faucet, and new 12″ stainless steel braided supply lines.
Lastly the technician installed a 3/4″ double union pressure regulator. He needed to reconfigure all plumbing done at the valve and had to shut off the water to the house at the meter to do all the work.
