A car wash in Encinitas called ASAP Drain Guys & Plumbing because they were having an issue with the mainline. After attempting to clear the blockage without any success, the technician determined that there was an obstruction or a broken line. The sewer line was marked out where the issue was occurring and an estimate was provided to make the repairs to the sewer line.

The car wash was shut down for a few hours in order make repairs. The technicians began by saw cutting asphalt in the marked out location and digging down a trench to expose the drain line. Once the drain line was exposed, there was no sign of a break or offset, so the technician cut through the pipe and found a plastic water bottle along with other debris lodged in the line. The debris was removed and a new section of pipe was installed to repair. Water was ran through the drain line to test for leaks. No leaks were found, the trench was backfilled and asphalt was rough patched.
