New Kitchen and Laundry Drain Lines At Apartment Units in San Diego, CA.

ASAP Drain Guys and Plumbing was called out to clear a drain a few months back. While on site the technician conducted a video inspection on the drain and recommended cast iron replacement due to the amount of build up in the line. Management requested that the 2″ sewer drain line that services the kitchen sink and laundry next to kitchen sink be replaced from the garage 3” main, up the stack into unit #B and up into unit #D. It was necessary to cut open drywall to access pipes in unit #B and D. The old pipes were cut out and new ABS and cast iron pipes were plumbed in. New laundry lines, p-traps and kitchen waste arms and p-traps were plumbed in to unit #B and #D.  After the new drain lines were installed they were tested and inspected for leaks and proper function.  Once repairs were confirmed of proper function, the technicians cleaned up the work area.
