ASAP Drain Guys & Plumbing was called out by a property management for a toilet leaking from the back. They also requested they may need a flapper supply line and angle stop. Upon arrival of the technician, there was water found from a previous flood on the floor. The technician cleaned up the remaining water found near the toilet in order to see where the leak was coming from. He tested the toilet by flushing and found that the leak was caused by a failed fill valve and flapper had broken due to old age. After receiving approval, the technician gained approval to replace both the flapper and the fill valve. The toilet was tested to ensure the parts were replaced properly and check for any additional leaks. Repairs were found to be satisfactory and no more leaks were present.
