Leaking Shower Repair Encinitas, California

A property management company emailed a work order to ASAP Drain Guys and Plumbing for a shower that would not shut off in their tenant’s home.

ASAP arrived after hours for this emergency. The tech removed the Price Pfister three handle tub and shower valve that would not shut off. The tech replaced the hot and cold diverter on P/P valve. The tech also removed and disposed of the hot and cold valve stems and installed new stems. The trim was reinstalled and the shower was tested. There are not leaks at this time.
