Leak Detection in Solana Beach, CA
A property management company contacted ASAP Drain Guys & Plumbing because a tenant’s dog grooming business had a leak coming up from the concrete floor. The leak was in the adjoining vacant unit too.
Upon arrival the ASAP technician found that the floor in two offices looked like there was some moisture damage from the past. The technician performed an electronic leak detection and did not find any signs of a slab leak. He did a moisture test and found no signs of moisture above ground. The concrete did have a high moisture reading but this is normal. Lastly, the technician tested the mainline at the front of the building but the water line is quiet and therefore no indication of a leak.
