Installed New Boiler and Storage Tank in San Diego, CA

A property management company contacted ASAP Drain Guys & Plumbing to have a new boiler and storage tank installed at one of their properties in San Diego.

The ASAP technician shut off the hot water to the building. He removed and disposed of the old boiler and storage tank. A crane was used to lower the old boiler and storage tank off of the roof and to bring up the new ones. The tech made all electrical and plumbing connections. He installed the new boiler and expansion tank. Next he checked the valve and hose bib on the hot water out line to bleed out the air. Lastly, the technician tested for leaks and proper function. There are no leaks at this time and everything is working properly.

ASAP could not replace the boiler with the same model due to new environmental codes and delays from COVID-19.
