Emergency Pinhole Leak Repair and Angle Stop Replacement in Chula Vista, CA
A property management company contacted ASAP Drain Guys & Plumbing during emergency hours because of a “regular line” or recirc line that was leaking into the unit, coming thru the ceiling above #58 at their apartment building in Chula Vista, Ca.
The ASAP technician gained permission to shut down water supply for whole building and drain the system. He cut out the leaking section of the pipe and fittings. He then replaced them with 1/2” type L copper pipe and fittings soldered in place. The water supply was slowly turned back on with unrestricted fixtures open and tested fixtures throughout house.
There are no leaks at this point in time and the system is working properly. He cleaned up the work area.
The ASAP technician replaced both bathroom toilet angle stops at same point in time as repairs to 1/2” hot water supply line were being made. He tested for leak but there are no leaks at this time and the system is working properly. Lastly, he cleaned up the work area.
