A property management company called ASAP Drain Guys & Plumbing during emergency hours because of a tenant’s backed up toilet.
Upon arrival, ASAP observed that the unit was already flooding and the carpet was wet. The tech snaked the mainline through the closet bend by removing and resetting the toilet. The tech snaked the line approximately 40 feet. The line was difficult to clear but he was able to clear the line. The cause of the blockage was root intrusions.
ASAP also provided a video inspection and location as a courtesy to this customer.
