ASAP was called due to standing water on floors between the lady’s bathroom and the water heater area. ASAP inspected both rooms. ASAP ran faucets and flushed toilets to determine a leak. ASAP checked cleanouts for blockages. The customer scheduled the leak detection at 6am, before the restaurant opened. The Tech found that the mop sink drain system is very loose. Mop sink leaks badly when the faucet is running. UtilityFaucets have a leak at tee fitting underneath sinks. ASAP recommends having a restoration company come out and check for possible water damage and then make repairs. ASAP was able to fix the issue and restore to working order.
