Cable Snaked Backed Up Mainline in Del Mar, CA

A property management company called ASAP Drain Guys & Plumbing due to a backed up mainline at their property in Del Mar, Ca.

Upon arrival ASAP noticed the kitchen sink and the hallway lavatory sink were backed up. The ASAP technician determined it was a back to back clog and pulled the P-trap from lavatory sink. The technician ran the cable 40 feet down the line. He pulled back hair. Everything was running properly at the time of service.

He replaced the P-trap assembly for lav sink. He was required to cut out the glued in P-trap assembly to access the waste arm in order to cable snake the line. ASAP properly installed a new assembly with a screw on and off access point in order to have proper access if issues reoccur.
