Boiler Replacement in Oceanside, CA
ASAP Drain Guys & Plumbing proposed to replace the existing boiler at a multi-family property in Oceanside, CA with a new Raypak 752K BTUH Hi Delta boiler with new boiler pump and bronze headers. ASAP provided and installed new boiler and provided all piping necessary to connect to existing vent and water systems.
The ASAP technician shut down hot water system. He disconnected and removed the existing boiler. He then installed the new boiler, boiler pump and connected the new boiler to the existing gas vent and water lines. ASAP provided piping and material to connect boiler to existing plumbing. All new piping is type “L” copper. The technician ran new gas piping with drip leg and isolation valve as required. He ran new electrical connections. The water supply to boiler system was turned back on and tested for leaks and proper function. There are no leaks at this time and the system is working properly. Lastly the technician cleaned up the work area.
